THE THREE SOULS
For many people, the concept of soul is as elusive as the evidence of the existence of God. In its most vaguest sense, the soul becomes a mere term tantamount to life itself. However, the soul is as plain and easy to prove as life itself, while its significance is as profound as the manifestations of God.
What makes the difference between a living being and a dead body? Movements of the limbs? Heartbeats? Breathing? All of them? Or, else? The soul. Yes, the soul, but the answer seems too lofty to expound anything. Before we look at how the soul activates the physical body, we have to talk in passing about the nature of the soul.
THE SOUL IN THE FORM OF LIGHT
The soul is the “light within,” as is mentioned more than a couple of times in the Holy Bible. Of course, the “light within” refers metaphorically to Jesus Christ; nevertheless, it is literally the soul in every human being that enables them to get in touch with the Holy Spirit which Jesus Christ envisions. The Holy Spirit may take forms other than light, but as far as concerned the three-dimensional world where human beings dwell, light is the most delicate form that the soul takes. Therefore, it is literally discernible to human perception.
People have to use the so-called “third eye” when they want to see his own spiritual light. As a matter of fact, the third eye is no mystery at all. Theoretically, anyone without the deprivation of sight is capable of the envisioning power of the third eye. The third eye is located between the eyebrows, the place conventionally called vestibule (or glabella, hsuen kuan). It works like a TV screen which presents soul-activated visions. Now try to do as follows: first, relax your whole body, keeping your brain blank with no intentional consciousness; then, take a deep breath for three times, close your eyes in a natural way, and watch the vestibule between your eyes. If you still have the remaining images of the objects in your room because of the persistence of images, calmly wait for another minute with the eyes closed, and watch the screen on the vestibule carefully and observe how the light develops and changes as well as what shape and color the light is. Keep them in mind, then open your eyes. You might ask why you can still see light with eyes closed. This answer is that it was the light of your soul that you saw.
Many people might be confused and cast doubt on this mysterious envisioning power. However, just bear in mind the simple theory of the camera that it is not the lens which shows us images. It is the sensitive surface behind the lens that develops images. Similarly, our eyes don’t present images. It is the sensitive interface in our brain that receives impressions and produces images. The third eye is not an eye; it is the interface in our soul that presents visions. With eyes closed, the soul reflects itself on the vestibule in the form of light.
THE SOUL AS PART AND PARCEL OF THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD
Light is energy. However, the difference between this soul-light (or spiritual light) and any material light lies in the fact that this soul-light is at the same time the source of the subtle energy that activates what we call “life.” It is the breath of life that God “breathed into﹝man’s﹞nostrils” and make him “a living soul” (Genesis 2: 7). When God did this, He was depositing parts (and/or parcels) of His Holy Soul in the creation He made. Therefore, our soul is but a part of God’s Holy Spirit, and in essence human soul is homogeneous to the Holy Spirit of God. Jesus Christ also mentioned this when he said that “I and my Father are one.” When his holy identity was challenged by those sinners whose mind’s eyes were deadly blinded by worldly profits and powers, he referred them to this supposed truism.
Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, Many a good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say ye of him, who the Father hath sanctified, and sent unto the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. But if I do, though ye believe no me, believe the works; that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him. Therefore they sought again to take him; but he escaped out of their hand. (John 10:31-39)
What we inherit from God is but a “gene” from His Holy Spirit, and this spiritual particle is able to supply the energy for a human existence to be fully developed and grown in flesh and bones. But how?
THE MAIN SOUL, MENTAL SOUL, AND PHYSICAL SOUL
The Three Souls: The very part that we inherit from God’s Holy Spirit and that initiates the development of our existence is called the main spiritual light, or the main soul. Since the main soul is derived from God’s Holy Spirit, it is the same in essence with the Holy Spirit. However, when the main soul begins to unfold itself in human existence and development, it starts to lose, in proportion to the karma it has formed and gathered, both the purity in quality and the intensity in energy that it inherits from the Holy Spirit. In the unfolding of its human existence, the pure energy that the main soul gets from the source of the Holy Spirit becomes dispersed and channeled into every structure of human body and every emotional activity of the mind. With the energy borrowed from the main soul, the mind and the body begin to develop their own centers which govern and control respectively the physical and mental activities. Gaining forces, these centers gradually assume the same roles as the main soul in operating their domains. In addition to the main soul, a normal man has a mental soul and a physical soul for his/her existence. The physical soul commands people’s physical developments and conditions, and the mental soul operates the various workings of human mind in different levels.
The Main Spiritual Light (the Main Soul): The main soul is the ever-living spiritual light that goes through transmigration but never ends. It is like a magic computer which may record all that has been done life after life. On the one hand, the main soul still retains and operates the immaculate elements in accordance with the Holy Spirit; on the other hand, it has to feed its energy to the growth that its earthly existence demands. For the former , we generally assign the term “conscience” to it. For the latter, we call it “character,” or “personality”–the karmic body.
When an egg is fertilized in the womb of the mother, the habitat of a main soul is being formed. Before the main soul “moves in,” a spiritual belt (otherwise called “the silver band,” or “golden thread”) serves as an invisible chord which connects both the main soul in the heavenly field and the fetus in the womb. It transports the spiritual light little by little into the inchoate body. As this earthly container grows mature and becomes due, the spiritual light falls to it and inhabits it. Hence, a human being is born. The main soul is the center which provides the energy for the ensuing human development not only in the womb but also after the birth. It is the locale of the spiritual light which lends the divine energy to be converted into the materialization of the human existence.
After the baby is born, the joint part of the head which connects the silver band with the main soul remains quite open so that the new-born existence is totally supported by the spiritual light and energy from the “heaven.” It is not until the baby begins to be initiated into the material world, through feeding, interaction with people, language learning, etc., that this joint begins to close. Although it shuts off the soul’s innate perceptions to the spiritual dimensions, it still let in the spiritual light and energy that is needed for sustaining the life development. This band is a channel for a person to get in touch with the original spiritual source. Only when a life ceases to be is this band disrupted from the body.
When the spiritual light inhabits the growing fetus, it introduces not only the part of Holy Spirit into the physical body, but also the materialization of the spiritual light in human existence. Since the spiritual light is the pure form of the holy light and energy, it, first, condenses itself in a center, the main soul, which receives the incessant light energy from the “heaven,” and works further on the basis of the received energy to form the other two centers for a fully developed human being, the center for physical developments, and the center for metal orientations.
The Mental Soul: Coming directly from the Holy Spirit, the spiritual light of the main soul is far too pure and powerful to meddle itself in the matters of the material world. It lends part of its light and energy to the forming of an mediating agent which works to substantiate its existence in correspondence to the nature of the environments. This mediating center of the spiritual light is located in the part of the heart, and takes charges of the growth and development of a life’s mental activities, which inwardly answers for the call from the main soul and outwardly adapts the life form to the demands from the external world. In a sense, the mental soul is a double of the main soul, as the main soul is a double of the Holy Spirit. It unfolds the a priori contents of the main soul in the framework of time and space. The momentum it draws from the main soul pulls it in the direction of the Holy Spirit, while the attraction that it receives from the gravity of the material world constantly pulls it to the total identification of the objective world. In other words, it is pulled between the polarities of autistic purity and total secularization. The mental soul negotiates between the two. In doing so, it assumes its automaton in order to maintain the balance between them.
The workings of the mental soul are far more sophisticated than one may imagine. Psychologically, the mental soul constructs a person’s mentality in various layers and levels in order to respond to different situations and stimulus of the external world. Psychically, it works as a receptacle to absorb the light energy from the main soul, and branches it into the multi-stratums of human mind, which usually is collectively termed as the self. The main soul is presumably a spiritual body of omniscience, which permeates all beings. When the mental soul blends the main spiritual light into the composite of the self, the original omniscience fragments and branches into the total structure of the mind, enabling it in its basic workings. The mind as an organic composite has its own channels and circuits of processing the spiritual light energy before distributing it to the other end of the process–the more physical polarity which confronts with the external world. In summary, the mental soul functions in bilateral ways, its automaton system assimilates the powerful energy from the main soul. It works like a prism, breaking down the omniscient light into components each of which deals with the multifarious aspects of a person’s mental activities in response to the outer world. As a double of the main soul, the ultimate mission of the mental soul is to achieve the holy salvation in a mundane level. The mind as a reservoir of actions and interactions with the outer world is in a position of constantly resisting its own fragmentation and dissolution in face of all the material distractions which flush in from the outer world. Integrity is not just a code of moral in answer to the demand of the world outside; it is an intrinsic necessity in the soul to preserve its own existence. It is expected to integrates in a totality of existence a person’s mental actions and reactions to the material world. This sense of totality is in exactly the image of the spiritual light In psychical sense, this intrinsic integrity of the mental soul connects the mind to the pure source of the main soul, and carries steps further the spiritual light’s illumination on the world of matters.
The Physical Soul: The physical soul is the center of human existence which controls the developments and functions of the physical body. The light energy from the main soul is relayed by the mental soul to the physical dimensions of a person, where a center is formed to assimilate various elements from the natural world into the physical system of the human body.
The physical soul is the physical extension of the spiritual light in the physical world. The formless spiritual light proceeds from the divine source of Holy Spirit, and condenses in the main soul, whose innate potentiality is actualized by the mental soul in a concrete embodiment of a physical existence. This physical existence is in a sense born out of the magnetic field of earth. On the one hand, the physical body of human beings is but a mass of various substances from the earth. The physical soul of a human being functions to assimilate these natural substances from the outer world and transform them into basic biological elements of the human body. On the other hand, the physical existence of human beings is totally confined in the material world, where it is bound to move and interact with other objects outside. In other words, it is constantly subject to the influences and attractions from the material world where it is molded.
Generally speaking, the physical soul has its own automaton and comprises a gigantic network of complicated systems. Modern sciences such as anatomy and biology have had a more-or-less thorough probe into different aspects of these complicated systems. Nevertheless, a complicated network of mechanic operations and functions is by no means the over-all truth about human body. What is it that actually motivates and activates the overall function of human body, composed of a intricate interaction between different organs and organizations. Even though the human body is a miraculous construction with complicated structures, still, there is a psychical dimension to the physical body, and this psychical dimension has much to do with the spiritual light.
What actually sustains the physical soul is no different from that which does the mental soul. It’s the spiritual light that animates the life force of our body. The spiritual energy which flows into the mental souls and substantiates different structures of human mentality also proceeds to the physical soul and blends into every part of the physical structure. The process from the spiritual light to physical structures is in fact a very subtle transformation of materialization. In addition to the solid organs such as stomach, liver, kidneys, and the like, there are those intermediate stages, namely, the meridians or channels, which the spiritual light goes through before it caters into organic fabrics. These are actually traces, instead of containers, of the spiritual light.
When the spiritual light flows to the mental soul, its power and energy diminish because of the wearing off of the complicated structure and fragmentation of human mentality. The originally omniscient and omnipotent energy disperses into different branches of the mental functions and operations. It’s always an unbreakable rule for human mentality to concentrate if a clear mind is in demand. Concentration is the rudimentary step to exert the mental power; concentration is the self control to work the mental power against the currents which disperses into as many details as provided by the daily life. When the spiritual light travels to the physical soul, its power is further more weakened because of the wear by the complicated physical structure of our body. On a basic level, a large part of our physical activities are connected or commanded by the mind. The natural process for the energy to transmit from the mind to the body wear off some of the energy. That’s the toll it takes in the nature of time and space. Nonetheless, it doesn’t stop there. Anything that we contact in the material world takes some part from our energy. So, life is a process of perpetual giving. And taking, too. For every bit of the substances in our body comes from the outer world. This biological mechanics of taking and giving may be deceiving and make people think of it as a meaningless, absurd cycle. However, that is a misconception based on s separatist view of human existence, which takes account of the (main) soul, the mind, and the body independently from each other.
The Integration of the Three Souls: In the spiritual sense, the human existence is composed of the main soul, the mental soul, and the physical soul. The three souls are different only in the domains of their independent functions. In essence, they are all the extensions of the spiritual light, and nourished on the spiritual energy which comes from the holy energy field of the Supreme Being. The main soul is a division and double of the Holy Spirit. It is the center of human spiritual light, which receives the light energy from the heavenly magnetic field and transports it to the other souls for their respective operations. The mental soul renders the formless energy light from the main soul, and manages the unfolding of the a priori potentiality in the framework of three-dimensional time and space. The physical soul constructs the appropriate physical structures as projected through the seed consciousness (or alaiya consciousness, as otherwise called) in the mental soul, and, thus, inserts the physical extension of the spiritual light into the stage play of the material world.
When the spiritual light flows from the main soul through the mental soul to the physical soul, it undergoes different transformations. The spiritual light in the main soul retains the unique trait of the Holy Spirit, the unconditional virtue of life-giving. As everything in the universe grows on the light energy given out from God, the spiritual light in the main soul serves as the energy source that the human existence feeds on for its growth and development. The spiritual light in the main soul is formless, and has the full energy. It shines in the immaculate color of gold. However, when it comes to the mental soul, the formless light energy breaks apart to fuel up the protean play of the mind. While unity is the characteristic of the main soul, departmentalization is the nature of human mind. Mind is like a theater, which stages the drama of one’s worldly interactions in forms of feelings, recognition, recollections, anticipation, memories, imaginations, fantasy, and what not. Due to the nature of human mentality, the spiritual light energy which flows to human mind begins to disperse and branch to different sub-functions of the mental activity, just like the light shattered into multi-facets of the crystal. In the process of mental departmentalization, the spiritual light energy weakens and loses both its original unity and its original hue as it goes along with the versatile play of the mind.
As departmentalization of human mentality weakens spiritual light, fragmentation of spiritual light in the complexity of human physique also reduces the light energy and changes it into constituents of biological system. When the spiritual energy goes further to the physical soul, it undergoes not only materialization as the light energy incarnates in the physical construction of human body, but also the fragmentation as it hardens in a variety of human somatic components. As the spiritual light extends itself into the world of matters, its strength and energy become transformed into physical elements, and every physical part of our body reflects the gene of the spiritual light. Accompanying this process of materialization is the fragmentation of the light energy in the constitutional elements of the human body. This is the end of the spiritual light’s journey in the human creation. Here the light energy becomes matters, and the spiritual power is translated into the physical elements with definite life spans. However, the physical soul functions to keep organizing the myriads of physical elements in a definite order so that the whole corporeal construction is working in compliance to the original nature of the main spiritual light. In other words, the task of the physical soul or the mental soul is to manage and organize their fields respectively in such a way as to conform the psycho-somatic orders to the way the spiritual light works. This is supposed to keep the three souls in coherence and harmony instead of falling asunder to each soul’s isolate dominions, which would no doubt produce malfunctions and impede the overall progress and eventual evolution of the life. As intrinsically demanded, the three souls are coherently related and work on their own fields so that the full function of human existence can be obtained. As stated earlier, integrity isn’t a moral code imposed from outside, but an inherent necessity based on the integrated workings of the three souls.
The Ultimate Virtue: The integration of the three souls is what prompts a life towards transcendence. Ideally, when the original state of the spiritual light is fully carried out by the mental soul and the physical soul, and translated into their respective domains, the three souls are substantially in unity; that is, the three become one. In literal sense, that means, on the one hand, the mental soul incorporates all its activities in terms of the spiritual virtue, and organizes all the mental contents in a totality which is but a reflection of the virtues of the spiritual light. On the other hand, the physical soul is supposed ideally to operate the physical interaction with matters in terms of the same spiritual virtue instead of possession or occupation. In other words, the ultimate nature of the spiritual light is carried out and translated into the workings and contents of the psychosomatic fields of the human existence.
The nature, or ultimate virtue, of the soul(s) is salvation. God is the ultimate perfection. All creations are imperfect. Fortunately, imperfection is not their only destination. Through the virtue of the Holy Spirit of God, all imperfections can be saved. All imperfections can be lifted to perfection, and that is what salvation is. As salvation is the ultimate virtue of Holy Spirit, the innate virtue of the spiritual light is perfection through salvation.
To put the integration of the three souls in context of this, the three souls and their tripartite relation follow the same principle as the spiritual light. That is, the main soul, as derivative of Holy Spirit, retains the original holy nature of life-giving. It dispenses the spiritual light energy further to the mental and the physical souls. As the spiritual light is physically incarnated in the material world through the functions of the mental and physical souls, the physical existence in question takes in elements of the world for its corporeal form not for the purpose of possessing those elements, but for the benefits of their elevation by means of incorporating them in a higher order of organic operation. All the anatomical parts of our body is working under the supervision of the physical soul, which follows the same spiritual virtue–to give spiritual dimensions to matters so that they can, too, join in the creation of God. The mind itself is a complicated system, which revolves the basic sense impressions upwards to the formation of ideas. It judges and checks those ideas against the virtue of spiritual light. Its unique exercise of judgment situates itself in the pivotal position of human existence. It enlightens on grounds of spiritual light. It also reflects through conscience. The mental soul presides over every respect of mental activities so that, whether consciously or unconsciously, it can decide if the physical activity or event is working along with the way the spiritual light does. The mental soul is able to orchestrate the psychosomatic activities in the trend of working toward perfection.
A perfect life consists in integrating the three souls in the way of spiritual virtue as inherited from the Holy Spirit. If the main soul is disrupted from the workings of the mental and physical souls, autistic symptoms rise. If the mental soul assume its own rule in disregard of the main and physical soul, psychotic disorders erupt. If the physical soul fails to incorporate the physical growth in conjunction with the other two, cancerous developments slip in. If, unfortunately, the three souls eventually break apart from one another, death ushers in.
THE PHENOMENON OF GHOSTS
Departmentalization and fragmentation of the mental and biological activities normally wear off and reduce the spiritual light that human existence is endowed with. Truly, it is free will for human beings to decide whether one should work on integrating the three souls in consistence with the grand way the spiritual light obtains from the Holy Spirit, or let the departmentalization and fragmentation take full control independently. Nevertheless, it is a natural law that the total integration of the three souls procures a life fulfilled, and that the eventual disintegration of the three souls means death, though all degrees of integration (or disintegration) of the three souls in between are the situations of average people.
For materialists, death means the abrupt break off of a life process, or the total elimination of a living being. Everything becomes nothing. Well, we can not deny this materialistic view of death, for it is partly true. Nevertheless, this view itself is inescapably an activity of the mental soul. The overall truth is that death doesn’t mean the total obliteration of a life. In spiritual sense, death means withdrawal rather than disappearance.
The Process of Death: Death happens when the spiritual light withdraws gradually from the living body. It moves in the reverse order of its inhabiting the body. First, it draws back from its grips and footing on the earth. The spiritual light flow from the limbs back to the lower center, the physical soul, which collects the remaining light energy in the body and retreats backward to the middle center, the mental soul. When the spiritual light regresses to the mental soul, the human body loses all its physical life symptoms, because the mental soul retracts all the light energy in the body and change it back to the state before it was materialized. Generally speaking, the retracting of the physical light energy is an act of defense mechanism. The withdrawal is automatically activated when the living system forms a sense that the pain or pressure imposed on the self is beyond the limit of its bearing. The living system has the limit vary from person to person. It is extendable or reducible, depending on the learning experience of each individual living being. Anyway, death is not a decision made, except for suicide, but a natural happening of the spiritual light. The spiritual light of a person withdraws as soon as it feels the urgency for its very preservation. On the other hand, suicide is a mere decision activity made by the mental soul. That’s why the death as a result may be acted upon either oneself or others. It is not natural, though it may cause the situation to happen for the spiritual light to naturally withdraw. In short, suicide is the conflicting of the deranged mental soul against the main soul. A satanic pull is involved in suicide.
The main soul is that which activates the process of spiritual light withdrawal. The mental soul recollects all the energy light in mind and body, then regresses to the pool of the main soul, where the spiritual light is always one and pure. Dramatically, this is when the great flashback happens. The flashback is the process for the light energy to return to its original state in the main soul. The withdrawal continues. When the main soul leaves the body, the silver band snaps off from the dome of the head, and the spiritual light goes back to where it comes, the heaven. This is a complete life cycle, on the condition with the three souls integrated. Unfortunately, most human beings are prone to anchoring their mental or physical energy onto objects or attractions in the three dimensional world of matters, which inevitably impedes the integration of the three soul.
Due to the intrinsic or accumulated karma and habits, average people have hiatuses in their spiritual energy flow (or circulation). When the withdrawal occurs, these hiatuses disrupt the total retreat of the spiritual light energy, leaving some light energy trapped in the mental or physical souls. With the retained light energy in their magnetic fields, the mental soul and the physical souls can still act conditionally in their karmic ways . With the main soul back to the source, these acting mental souls or physical souls linger on the magnetic fields where they were produced, and bring about the phenomenon of ghosts.
Disintegration of the Three Souls: Ghosts are the trapped mental souls or physical souls in the three-dimensional world after the main spiritual light departs and goes back to the source of spiritual light. When a life form dies, the spiritual light begins to draw out of the body while the entropy begins growing. Due to the mental and physical habits being hooked on the earthly magnetic field, some light energy fail to return to the source but remains in the earthly magnetic field. When this kind of light energy are wheeled by the mental and physical souls into the old ruts of the deceased’s karmic habits, ghost phenomena occur. If we put it in terms of physics, we can say that the trapped light energy in the ghost moves and whirls in a vortex as entropy of death takes over the existence. Normally, the light energy trapped in the physical soul, that is, the physical ghost, will linger where the corpse is. It will not vanish until the dead physical body finally dissolves into earthly elements. As ashes to ashes, it eventually disintegrates and returns to the original matters which the body was formed out of. The mental ghost works through the magnetic field that the mind’s strongest emotion composes and dominates. It may be hate, fear, jealousy, or the like. Usually it has a definite pattern that it sways its influence around and affects. The power of the physical ghost is not as strong as that of the mental soul, and is usually more confined in space. It haunts, so to speak. However, it is manifested to human visual system or accessible to optical instrument in forms of light dots or spots. Generally speaking, the power of mental ghosts or physical ghosts goes in direct proportion either to the mental or physical energy that the deceased used to possess, or to the mental or physical state the moment when the life form died. Nevertheless, it may also accumulate more power, as a whirlwind does, in its immaterial existence. When this happens to the physical ghost, it may reveal itself in the shape of the diseased. With the power enhanced, the mental soul will reinstate and articulate the mental magnetic field so that other living beings with weaker mind may be susceptible to its influence or relive the mental ghost’s experience. Possession is usually dramatically exaggerated, but actually a drastic change may be discernible is spite of the fact that it may happens in a seemingly natural process of the affected mind.
Both the mental and physical ghosts are the spiritual light energy that the human main soul has left behind. The failure to integrate the three souls in the ultimate virtue while alive causes the spiritual leftovers to happen. Since both the mental soul and the physical soul are produced in the earthly magnetic field, they obey the rule of space, too. Their immaterial existence evaporates and vanishes faster than material things if they don’t have enclosures to dwell in. That’s why in some ancient cultures, effigies or statues were instinctively invented to retain or prolong memory or something of the diseased. In some religions, exorcism is used to dispel the lingering ghosts. Without divine authority, most practice of exorcism is but unnatural destruction or obliteration of the remaining spiritual light energy trapped in the earthly magnetic field. Worse still, some of them might be, either knowingly or unknowingly, casting out devils by devils, as described in the New Testaments.
RE-INCARNATION AND KARMA
The main spiritual light never dies but diminishes in power. The spirit is eternal, but the matter is not. Unfortunately, the material world has its own cycles of birth, abiding, deterioration, and dissolution (destruction), so the spiritual light has to follow the rhythm of the material life that it is incarnated in. In the multiple dimensional universe, every physical life has its own life span in correspondence to the karmic traits and compositions of that particular dimension. After the periodic cycle of the matter ends, the soul, which has its own genetic potentials, will attract and regroup corresponding matters and elements, and reincarnates itself in rebirth.
In atheist view, the repetitive reincarnation may appear as absurd as is the Sisyphus’ cyclic pull of the stone. But God’s plan for life isn’t so simple or meaningless. It is far more meaningful and merciful as well.
Human beings are only one of the life forms in the third-dimensional world. There are higher levels of living beings in higher worlds. The ultimate goal of evolution for any life is elevation to the highest order where God is. It is a path going upward from where we are trapped. Reincarnation assures the possibility for this transcendence. For each life does not start from nothing and end for nothing. Each life cycle is valuable as a new chance is born with the hope of achieving what we failed in the previous life. We are born and trapped in the third-dimensional world because our souls are still bound in he karmic entanglements which belong in this world. Every life is meaningful in that you have the chance to accomplish what your soul is required to do in order to return to where God is, to where it originally belongs.
Each life is valuable as a re-try is in hand to correct the mistakes that we made, to grasp the real goals that we have missed. However, the chances are not boundless. The evolution of living beings is either going upward or going downward. If the living being is weighted down by accumulation of karmic sins in the life cycle, then a lower level of world is doomed in the next cycle. that is the world one deserves. Try to think of the two-dimensional world of line movements and those crawling insects. And try also to imagine what a world is the one-dimensional world of dots. Think of those minerals or rocks without movements. If a life is absorbed into a particular channel of sin, or obsessed with a mere karmic drive, the energy field of its main spiritual light will be encumbered as if being dimmed by a heavy shade. In other words, the soul light is withered and can only perpetrate a narrower life form so that it can prevent from dispersion into nothing. What happens is that after its present material structures dissolves, it can only take on a lower-leveled physical existence it deserves when it’s time for the soul to reincarnate. In the domain of spirit, the essence always determines the existence.
